1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging intact.
An unboxing video (full 360° view in proper lighting) is mandatory as proof for damage or defect claims.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:
Nose pins (Naths)
Toe rings
Earrings or any jewelry set including earrings
Body piercing products
Hair accessories
Face masks
Gift cards
Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, etc.)
Health & personal care items
Hazardous or flammable goods
4. Return Shipping
Customers must bear a ₹60 return shipping charge (deducted from the refund).

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

Only regular-priced items are refundable.
Sale items are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
Slight variations in color or design from website images are not considered defects.
